The Sunday
Supper
Podcast

The Sunday Supper is a weekly live video podcast brought to you by Bene Mudra Wellness and inspired by the coming together of family and friends breaking bread and celebrating the communion of life. Being raised Italian American I learned the importance of sharing a soulful meal with those you love. Italians are known for their tradition of Sunday family dinner. Good wine, pasta, meatballs, laughter, advice and comfort are the key ingredients in making this evening a soulful experience. I wanted to take that concept and create a virtual table where those who are hungry for spiritual knowledge, metaphysical teachings and inspiration may find a seat. Each week we will host a different topic served with a side of meditation.

Hosted by James Bene with special guests.
